4.3 Deposit Limits. Suspension does not constitute a determination of fault and may be lifted upon investigation.
11.2 Grounds for Termination. An account may be permanently closed by 1pk365 where a material breach of these Terms is established, where KYC verification cannot be completed to a satisfactory standard, or where the account poses an ongoing compliance risk.
11.3 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed by 1pk365 for reasons other than confirmed fraud, money laundering, or terms violation, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the account holder via their last-used withdrawal method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure is a consequence of a terms breach, 1pk365 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and legal review.
